The Role

We are looking for our next Site Manager to deliver exceptional service to our clients through our field teams and contractors and be the key contact on site supporting project managers to ensure effective delivery and quality from start to finish.

An idea of what youll be doing:

  • You will supervise internal staff and subcontractors in the delivery of the onsite elements of new Electricity connections.
  • You will ensure works are carried out in line with safety health environmental and quality standards.
  • Youll ensure all works are completed to the relevant IDNO DNO and client standards
  • You will be undertaking onsite safety reporting and quality audits recording and closing out any project nonconformances.
  • You will organise and supervise staff to ensure productivity is maximised.
  • You will be liaising with Clients Site Managers and stakeholders regarding programming and management of on site and off site works.


Requirements When you join you will go through our topnotch induction and onboarding process and have opportunities to develop further through our in house training academy.

Youll have a proven track record of:

  • Reviewing Work Instructions Risk Assessments Method Statements for craft teams.
  • Ensuring onsite safety paperwork is returned checked and signed off as per Sinewave s processes procedures and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Liaising with Sinewave s technical teams and Project Managers where required.
  • Managing project materials in line with Sinewave s processes and procedures.
  • Regularly communicating with all key stakeholders and provide regular reports as and when required.

Youll already have experience & qualifications in:

  • Full UK driving license (Maximum of 3 points).
  • Experience in site supervision within the Utilities distribution industry
  • SMSTS
  • EUSR Shea Power or equivalent
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Qualification in Electrical Engineering would be an advantage
  • Project Management experience
