Chef de Partie –  Boutique Hotel – Fine Dining

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie who has a background in fine dining or a high quality, fresh food establishment for our unique hotel and restaurant. The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.  The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.  

As our Chef de Partie you’ll be working in a fast-paced English kitchen serving up to 150 covers a day. You’ll be cooking a menu that changes seasonally and focuses on quality produce, sustainable fish and rare-breed meats.

Chef de Partie requirements:

  • Min 2 years' experience in a fine dining setting from rosettes to Michelin stars.
  • Strong cooking skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
  • Ability to manage a section of the kitchen and work under pressure.
  • Understanding of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
