To help us be the best, you will be accountable for: 

Delivering high quality tutor support sessions (daytime and evening)Monitoring and assessing student progress and ensuring records are updated in a timely mannerManage cohorts of students throughout their learner journey, providing appropriate individual and group support to enable them to successfully complete their programmesProviding monthly updates to the Head of DeliveryProviding feedback to learners on our learning hub through answering questions or supporting activate/engage activitiesSending two tutor updates per week to your cohorts Being accountable for students learning, progression, results leading to satisfactory completion of the programmeAssist with course performance reviews and standardisation meetingsMark a number of resubmission scripts each weekEnsure that Avado policies and procedures are adhered toTake responsibility for regular updating of own professional development.

What we’re looking for

Recent industrial experience in HRIQA/V1 qualifications (desirable)Recent experience in teaching CIPD programmesRelevant CIPD qualification or equivalentRelevant teaching qualification (desirable)Adaptable, able to learn quickly and use own initiativeCIPD Chartered Membership (desirable)Good organisation, communication and presentation skillsGood IT skills and experience of delivering virtual classes A lively, friendly and passionate individual willing to get stuck in and be part of a busy team
