This is aSenior Role and hence people would have strong Data Scienceexperience with Invest Domain.

We are seeking anexperienced and highly skilled Data Scientist to lead thedevelopment and implementation of advanced data modeling andpredictive analytics to support investment strategies.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience indata science designing and deploying statistical modelling with atleast 6 years of handson experience in Financial/Investment / AssetManagement / Fixed Income.

JobResponsibilities :

Utilize dataanalytics and advanced statistical techniques to inform investmentdecisionmaking and drive business growth.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunitiesfor leveraging data to enhance investment strategies.

Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure tosupport datadriven decisionmaking.

Stay updatedon industry trends and best practices in data science andinvestments and implement new techniques and tools asneeded.

Lead the development and implementationof advanced data modeling and predictive analytics to supportinvestment strategies.

Provide strategicguidance and recommendations to senior leadership on investmentopportunities and risks based on data analysis.

Oversee the creation and maintenance of data dashboards and reportsto track investment performance and identify areas forimprovement.

Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure alignment and integration of datadriven strategies acrossthe organization.

Mandatory Skills:

Primary Skills :Has experience with data science statistical modeling and timeseries analysis of financial markets data Fixed Income AssetsInvestment Banking.

Secondary Skills: Has experience in Gen AI Language Model etc.

Required Education :

Bachelors degree in computer science or a relatedfield.

Competencies typically acquired throughan advanced degree (in Statistics Mathematics Data Science or otherrelevant field of study)

Proficiency in themathematics underlying Machine Learning

Abilityto present complex technical information in a clear and concisemanner to a variety of audiences.

Required Experience :

Minimum 14 years of experience in data science designing anddeploying statistical modelling with at least 6 years of handsonexperience in Financial/Investment / Asset Management / FixedIncome.

Has experience with data sciencestatistical modeling and time series analysis of financial marketsdata Fixed Income Assets and/or Investment Banking.

Has experience in Gen AI Language Model etc.

Worked for asset management firms in roles aligned to thefront office.

Has advanced knowledge of pythonand/or R

Asset Allocation Research quatengineering

Broad experience with handsonmodelling and DS lifecycle activities particularly in Python andability to communicate at a high level with DS and nontechnicalleaders

Knowledge of graphical packages such asplotly or gg plot

Excellent understanding ofStatistical modeling Machine Learning (Supervised UnsupervisedRecommendation engines Optimization etc.) Deep Learning (RNN CNNLSTM Auto encoders GANS etc.) Natural Language Processingtechniques and algorithms

Strong codingexperience in Python Pyspark Keras/tensorflow

Experience with SQL & at least one NoSQL databases

Experience of working on any of cloud platform (AWS AzureIBM etc.)

Work closely with data engineers tosource analyze and engineer features collaborate with fellow datascientists to develop test and deploy Machine Learningmodels

Exposure to creation of data pipelinesto engineer apps deployment (CI/CD) across platforms andenvironments and working with ML pipelines

Demonstrate analytical and problemsolving skills particularly thosethat apply to the big data environment
