As a Sales Operations Executive you will provide an excellent customer experience through the accurate and timely processing of sales orders. You will assist the internal sales function by providing accurate quotations to support the sales cycle to achieve both team & company targets.

Within this role you will be responsible for:

  • Daily order loading including any electronic order processing.

  • Supporting all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.

  • Prioritising own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.

  • Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.

  • Developing strong relationships with Internal Sales.

  • Escalating any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Manager
