Creative Artworker

We are looking for a Creative Artworker to bring their artworking expertise to our Creative team. Reporting to the Design Manager, you will be preparing production-ready artwork for a variety of repro processes including large scale experiential campaigns, instore signage, stands and POS, and miscellaneous print collateral. You will also be supporting the production process by delivering polished graphic design and overseeing / inputting into 3rd party production where applicable.

Key Accountabilities include:

• Preparing accurate / production ready artwork for a variety of repro processes and adapting artwork based on feedback from internal stakeholders.
• Updating and artworking client literature following corporate brand guidelines.
• Working with the various departments of N2O to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently.
• With the Studio Manager and Account or Campaign Manager, liaising with 3rd party production partners to ensure production quality and help troubleshoot issues as and when required.
• Championing studio best practice and adhering to internal policies.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent written, and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role. Evidenced by a strong portfolio showing examples of relevant work produced by the Artworker exhibiting strong design, creative, typography, colour and layout theory and application skills.
• Expert knowledge and use of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Digital Artworking experience is desired but not essential to the role’
• Expert knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience working creatively within brand or product style guidelines.
• Confident in proposing and discussing materials and methods of production to bring concepts to life.
• A positive attitude with the desire to find solutions to issues that arise.
• Live within commutable distance to our Maidenhead office.
