Choose Joy Bee our next Home Delivery Manager
We are one of the world’s leading
restaurant chains, renowned for our delicious, high-quality offerings. With a
strong presence across the globe, we’re still a new player in the UK
marketplace, but we’ve been waiting for the right time to bring our fried
chicken, burgers, pies and joyful energy to England, Wales, and Scotland.
Whether you are at our flagship UK
restaurant in central London, collecting Jolly Spaghetti at our first US
drive-thru in New Jersey, dropping in for some much-craved Chickenjoy in Dubai
Mall or picking up our Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro
Manila- you’ll soon see that the spirit of fun and family runs through our
entire team. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guests
have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the
right people in the right place with the right attitude.
That’s where you come in…
Job Description:
At Jollibee, we bring joy to people through our delicious
food and great service. Now, we’re looking for a dynamic Home Delivery
Manager to lead and drive our home delivery business across the UK. Although
we are a global brand, we’re still growing our footprint in the UK—and we need
you to help make our delivery channel a key part of that growth
As Home Delivery Manager, you’ll be in charge
of growing our delivery sales, profitability, and overall customer
satisfaction. You will lead the day-to-day delivery operations, ensuring our
guests enjoy the same quality, service, and food standards they get
in-store—right at their doorsteps.
Working alongside key stakeholders in operations,
marketing, and technology, you’ll also be responsible for building strong
relationships with third-party delivery platforms, collaborating with them on
sales-building opportunities and managing ongoing business support. You will
play an essential role in making sure our delivery channel thrives and stays
ahead in this fast-paced market.
What you’ll be doing:
People Leadership: Lead, train, and support our instore delivery
managers. You’ll be involved in delivering training programs, updating
operations manuals, and ensuring all team members are certified in delivery
procedures.
Food & Service Compliance
(FSC): Drive excellence in all aspects of
delivery, ensuring our service meets Jollibee’s high standards for quality and
customer satisfaction. You’ll work with suppliers and vendors to enhance their
capabilities and ensure we’re always providing the best delivery experience.
Aggregator Account Management: You’ll manage our relationships with delivery
platforms like UberEats and Deliveroo, handling negotiations on commissions and
collaborating on sales-boosting initiatives. You’ll also oversee the
integration and management of any technology or business enablers tied to these
partnerships.
Sales Growth & Marketing
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing
team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies, ensuring our
delivery business continues to grow. You’ll suggest new marketing initiatives,
analyze sales data, and collaborate on marketing plans designed specifically
for our delivery operations.
Profitability & Process
Excellence: Ensure that all delivery stores
meet profitability targets by analyzing sales trends and suggesting
improvements. You’ll also drive innovation and process improvements to enhance
the efficiency of delivery operations.
You will need:
- At least
5 years’ experience in food service operations, with a focus on delivery
or multi-channel operations - A
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a
related field - Excellent
communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills - The
ability to collaborate across teams and lead initiatives that drive
results - Experience
managing relationships with third-party delivery partners (aggregators) is
highly desirable - A passion
for food, service, and bringing joy to customers through exceptional
delivery experiences - Here at Jollibee, we celebrate all individuals- we are an equal
opportunities employer and we’re proud to come together as a community. We
welcome applications from all
Although due to the high volume of
applicants at Jollibee, we will try to get back to everyone but if you don’t
hear from us after 2 weeks then you may have been unsuccessful on this
occasion. However, look out for other roles with us via our website as
something that may be better suited to you may come up.
