Pareto arecurrently looking for a Contract Administrator to join us on a fulltime basis to be based remotely. Occasional visits to client siteswith expensespaid.
Responsibilities to includebut not limitedto:
- Monitoring theclient email inbox and loggingjobs
- Inputting andtracking reactive jobs on the CAFMsystem
- Actively monitoringopen jobs including chasing engineers for updates and allocatingreactive jobs to engineers andcontractors
- Raisingpurchasing orders for engineers and other team members asrequired
- Allocating PPMtasks to engineers andcontractors
- Scanningcompliance documentation (inhouse andsubcontractor)
- Closingdown completed jobs and uploading any associatedpaperwork
- Reviewingdocumentation and raising any issues to the AccountManager
- Monitoring up andcoming inspections and coordinating dates with subcontractors andthe AccountManager
- Following up withsubcontractors paperwork/certificates in relation to completedworks/inspections
- Raisingremedial actions following works orinspections
- Assisting theAccount Manager with the raising of quotes asrequired
- Assessingcompleteness and appropriateness of subcontractorRAMS
Key Requirements:
- Previousadministrative experiencedesirable
- Previoushelpdesk experience isdesirable
- Previousexperience overseeing contractorsrequired
- Demonstratestrong administrationskills
- Strong IT skillsincluding MicrosoftOffice
- Excellent telephoneand email manner with solid communication and interpersonalskills
