This role will work closely with colleagues, team members,our regulatory partners and our applicants and deals withregulatory compliance, enforcement, and all aspects of BuildingRegulations. Central Bedfordshire Council are currently seeking torecruit a BSR registered and experienced Class 2 F Building ControlInspector to evaluate applications and fees, carry out planchecking, site inspections, provide special Building Regulatoryadvice and investigate and enforce compliance.
