In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic team of 10, including Operatives and a Supervisor, at our 24/5 manufacturing plant. You’ll work closely with Senior Management to drive Health & Safety excellence, boost production output, and manage workforce availability, ensuring smooth operations through holiday approvals, overtime allowances, and shift cover.

Requirements
