We are looking for a Lead Vet to join our team at our OOH Service – MiNightVet Winchester

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and caring veterinarian to join us as Lead OOH's Night Vet for our dedicated out of hours service in Winchester. Our MiNight Vet service further complements the fantastic day team at Mildmay Veterinary Hospital. You would be supported by a very experienced vet team, as well as fantastic RVNs and dedicated support staff. Your responsibilities will include helping to manage the MiNightVet team, liasing with our recruitment team to help fill gaps in the rota and helping drive clinical excellence. ECC and managerial experience is desirable for this role, as well as the drive to shape this role as your own. 

Your new role will be working an average of 10 nights per month working on a 7 nights on(7pm to 8am), 14 nights off basis with 1:6 Sundays (days) and one bank holiday per year (8am-7pm).
