We are looking for an experienced Event Planner to join us at Swansea.com, the stadium hosts both rugby union and football. More about the role:
  • Liaising with clients to identify, propose and confirm all event catering requirements
  • Planning the delivery with the site operations and wider team to include locations, timings and numbers whilst ensuring all catering requirements are effectively communicated
  • Adhering to the Levy's pricing policies to maximise catering revenues and identify upselling opportunities
  • Administer all event related correspondence ensuring all contractual documents, deposits and final invoices are issued and paid according to company guidelines
  • Be fully conversant with the details of the event and sales handover
  • Establish and maintain good client relationships and regular contact, ensuring that there is comprehensive understanding of the client requirements
  • Create full and concise Event Catering Proposals to ensure these are seasonally appropriate and the menu fits with the guests/delegate demographic

  • Achieving compliance, customer feedback and complaint handling will also be part of your role
