Location: Hackenthorpe and Crystal Peaks, Sheffield

Salary: up to £55, DOE FTE + Benefits

Hours: 40 hours per week + 1 in 4 weekends (NO ON CALL) – we can be flexible

Contract: Fixed term or permanent position available

We are looking for an experienced Small Animal Vet to join us here at Springfield Vets

As a practice, we have a very collaborative approach with a lot of case discussion and skill sharing between colleagues. We have regular team meetings and governance meetings in which everyone is welcome to bring ideas for improving our ways of working.

Our Team:  We are a very nice, experienced and supporting team; we work as a family and take care of each other. We have a very stable management team where every one of our senior management positions were filled internally through internal promotion so lots of progression stories within our Team Some of us are involved in bigger CVS projects, there are many opportunities available

We will support you with your interest and certificates you would like to do

We also have access to the following at the other Springfield sites (6 in total):

24-hour hospital with nights staffed by our own dedicated OOH team in Rotherham We offer AP referrals in surgery, medicine, cardiology and ophthalmology Hospital extended in May including installation of a CT scanner The Hospital was the second practice in the country to be awarded all 6 “Outstanding” RCVS awards Certificate holders in imagining, anaesthesia, ECC, surgery and dermatology within our Springfield Group

We are looking for an experienced Small Animal Vet to join us. Our needs are flexible and while we would welcome applicants for a full-time position, we'd also be happy to consider part-time work for the right person. Package includes RCVS and VDS cover, pension and much more.
