Lead Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Health Recruit Network - HRN as a Lead position. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing small animal surgeries with precision and care, including orthopedic procedures
  • Conducting thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for pets under your care
  • Collaborating with fellow veterinarians and veterinary nurses to ensure holistic patient care
  • Providing compassionate support and education to pet owners, guiding them through treatment plans and post-operative care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

  • Experience in small animal surgery, ideally orthopedics
  • Business growth and team development skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the veterinary team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £60,000-£90,000, depending on experience
