guest focused Assistant Head Concierge to join our incredible Concierge
team at Pan Pacific London. 



You show
confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and

JOB SUMMARY



As an Assistant Head Concierge, you
are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and
attention to detail in your work. You love a vibrant and dynamic environment
and being the key person who can elevate any guest stay by designing a bespoke
itinerary. You will strive to provide an unforgettable experience and exquisite
service to our guests with an elegant and refined Asian sensibility. Your tasks
as an Assistant Head Concierge will include but not be limited to:



·        
Assisting our Head concierge
with day to day operations and upholding standard operational procedures in
line with Pan Pacific London policies, we strive for excellence and
consistency.



·        
You are responsible for team
meetings and training for the Front Office with a strong focus on their
development and growth (concierge, butlers, reception, etc).  You are confident and drive the Concierge
team meetings and conduct training to develop and grow the front office team.



·        
You are the heartbeat of the
City with extensive knowledge of activities/events available in the City
(theatres, exhibitions, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities,
sightseeing tours, etc.)



·         Establish a close relationship
with the relevant partners in these areas to provide the most up-to-date
information, ticketing, reservations, etc.
