**Assistant Head Concierge**:
Key ambassadors of The Ned, from welcoming guests at our doors to tailoring their stay in London at the Concierge desk, our Concierge Team are knowledgable, warm and welcoming, ensuring our guests have 5* experience.

The Assistant Head concierge is a key member of the front of house team who will play a pivotal role in the guest experience. You will assist in always be the point of contact to any guest who is looking for a wide variety of requests from restaurants, bars, clubs, events, museums etc. You will have the ability to truly affect the guest’s overall experience not only in the hotel, but in London and beyond. Excellence, above and beyond style of service is the foundation of everything you do. You will have exceptional people skills in leading your team and have the ability to read guests’ needs, customizing every experience. You are great at multi-tasking and thinking outside the box. You are comfortable dealing with high profile guests from diverse backgrounds. You will be working very closely with the front of house team, especially the bell and door team. If you are passionate about hospitality and have experience as a Concierge in a high-volume hotel environment, then we want to hear from you.
