This post will be responsible for the day to day management of staffing rotas. This post will ensure excellent planning, negotiating and organisation to provide adequate staffing cover, including any staff with external contractual commitments. This post will provide high quality personal assistance to the Management team including responsible administrative support in their absence, using own initiative and working without supervision.  Ensure all information is secure, and confidentiality of information is maintained at all times. Ensure the professional image of the Trust is maintained at all times

Working Pattern: 7 day week covering : to : on a rota basis.
