  • Multi-Skilled Operatives- Salary £34,103 per annum (For our in-house repairs team) 
  • Improvement Multi Trade Operatives – Salary £36,338 per annum (for our planned work program) 
  • Electrician – Salary £39,046 per annum 
  • Gas Engineer- Salary £41,822 per annum 
  • Painter / Decorator – Salary £26,488 per annum (For our planned works program)
