This role will beresponsible for driving and delivering marketing plans. It will bebroad in nature reporting into our London based Marketing teamworking closely with them to translate Gravitas marketing strategyand new business processes locally. This will include many aspectsof marketing from writing copy running events developing CRM dataand support with sales pitches and will likely also include sectorownership nationally for education andcharities.
This is an exciting role for anindependent person looking to deepen and develop broad marketingand sales experience and requires an ability to represent thebroader marketing team at a locallevel.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Brand:Support the team office and local events and activity withnecessary branded materials adhering to the Gravita values andfollowing brandguidelines
- Content: Writerelevant articles/presentations for key sectors/local activity andsupport partners with tender documents using Gravitastemplates
- Data andreporting: Work with data team to keep our CRM updated with clientdata new prospects and introducer contactdetails
- Networking eventsand building relationships: Identify relevant conferences/eventsfor team to attend to drive high quality prospects and developrelationships with introducers and be prepared to attend someevents with team
- Officeevents: Plan execution and follow up of seminars/events in theoffice
- Sectors: Leadone/two of Gravitas key sectors from this office (which complimentsthe offices clients and partners expertise) and work closely withthe partners and central marketing team to develop campaignsincluding:
- Articles
- Videos/maybepodcasts
- Short form and long formemails
- Social mediaposts
- One pagers
- Directmail
- Webinars/events
- Provenexperience in a growth focused business in a sales BD or Marketingrole
- Able to work withstakeholders at varying levels of seniority and support them (withcentral marketing team) to develop ideas andcampaigns
- Organized andstructured approach to runningcampaigns
- Excellentinterpersonal skills across all methods ofcommunication
- Comfortableproducing copy for a variety ofmediums
- Ability to presentto a variety of internal audiences to include boardmembers

- Ourstandard working week is a 37.5hour week on a hybrid basis (with upto 50% of your time across the month home based and the other 50%office based)
