Overview

Theopportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor role at ParetoFM to deliver M&E services to a prestigious client in theWatfordarea.

Duties

Toinclude but not limitedto:

  • Communicate with the client on aday to day basis and manage the onsite relationship between ParetoFM and the client. This includes acting as the conduit between anyissues raised concerning the team by the client and for feedingback any issues discovered by the onsite team or subcontractors tothe client.
  • Manage theteam day to day ensuring that they operate effectively and with thecorrect conduct
  • Ensure allshifts are covered and arrange necessary holiday and sickness coverwith the team
  • Ensure allstatutory compliance is completed as per the contract and that allpaperwork of this can beevidenced
  • Ensure that anychanges to emergency maintenance systems building fabricinfrastructure and other engineering elements are captured andprovided to the client to be able to update O&Mmanuals/drawings.
  • Ensureall planned jobs are being undertaken as scheduled monitor andprovide assistance to ensure the schedule is met. Ensuring thehelpdesk is updatedaccordingly
  • Ordermaterials required fortasks
  • Quote for minorworks and new works around thesite
  • Carry out siteinductions whenneeded
  • Implement thepermit to work system required forsite
  • Be available asonsite contact representing Pareto well at alltimes
  • Act in best interestof the Technical Account Manager during their absence ensuringcontract is deliveredsuccessfully
  • Manage allsite subcontractor visits including organising theirattendance
  • Provideinformation requested for monthly reports from the TechnicalAccount Manager
  • Ensurethat new ideas and innovations are raised to the Technical AccountManager
  • Take totalownership of the site
