We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated Health care assistant to join our team.

Dulas ward, YG is a bedded mixed sex ward . Our main speciality is ENT but we also nurse Orthopaedic, Respiratory and Care of the Elderly outliers. Patients are supported by an extremely knowledgeable team of doctors, ward nurses, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and pharmacists. 

We pride ourselves on delivering the highest standard of care and would love for you to join our friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this job are to deliver a high standard of nursing care to our patients. Assisting patients with their activities of daily living. Communication with patients, their relatives and other disciplines of staff. To provide care and reassurance to those with cognitive impairments, and to assist in the post op monitoring of our patients. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
