Chef Manager, High Wycombe Buckinghamshire £44kDo you have a passion for food, excellent customer service and the catering industry? Catering for a high quality site, the kitchen provides a breakfast and lunch service for a busy constant service. All food is freshly prepared using quality ingredients and produce and customer expectation is high.Responsibilities include:- day to day running of the site- lead, manage and motivate a small team- creation of menus and ensuring food is of a high standard- financial responsibility and management of the budget, GP and cost control- client liaison Working hours are 5/7 days, 40 hours per weekOur ideal candidate would have- proven experience as a Chef Manager or Head Chef within a fresh food kitchen- experience of call order cooking- exceptional culinary skills- financial acumen - strong admin and leadership skills - excellent communication with the ability to liaise with customers and clients- ability to think on your feet in a calm, rational manner- genuine passion for food, ingredients and customer service- a friendly and willing approach with a positive, can do attitudeInterested?
