Location: Spilsby

Status: Full Time

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

GSL Education are seeking a proactive Learning Support Assistant to work in a dynamic primary school in Spilsby. The ideal candidate will assist in the delivery of educational support and care to children under the direction of the classroom teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children with educational and social development both in and outside of the classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with the teaching staff and other professionals to support learning activities.
  • Monitor and support the emotional and physical well-being of pupils.
  • Assist in creating educational materials and maintaining classroom organization.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Be enthusiastic and committed to working with children.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Possess a caring and patient nature.
  • Have or be willing to obtain a DBS check.
