Responsibilities
Du fokussierst dich genau auf KPIs wie Nutzung, Engagement, Kundenbindung - sowie deren Auswirkungen auf Expansion und Kundenverlust. Du definierst und misst die angestrebte Product Usage in unseren Anwendungen und Funktionen, steigerst das Engagement durch gezielte Mechanismen und entwickelst qualitative Wachstumsmodelle, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen. Du wirst sicherstellen, dass unsere Plattform kontinuierlich einen Mehrwert bietet, indem du Verantwortung für Funktionen übernimmst, die unseren Kunden helfen, ihre Compliance- und Sicherheitsreife zu steigern. Du denkst voraus und gestaltest die strategische Entwicklung unserer Plattformfunktionen. Dabei entscheidest du, welche Prioritäten wir jetzt, als Nächstes und später setzen. Du investierst 50% deiner Zeit in Forschung und Strategie, 30% in Umsetzung und Betrieb und 20% in Go-To-Market. Du bist ständig auf Kundenforschung und Identifizierung von Wachstumschancen durch die Kombination von Kundeneinblicken, Wettbewerbs- und Marktkenntnissen fokussiert. Du scheust nicht vor schwierigen Problemen oder Entscheidungen zurück (z. B. Einführung eines Features vs. Reduzierung technischer Schulden, Wiederverwendung von Legacy-Funktionen, um Kunden schnell zu gewinnen vs. langfristiges Spiel). Mit Unterstützung des restlichen Produktteams sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Kundenerfahrung bezaubernd ist und unser Wertversprechen immer relevant ist. Du achtest auch darauf, dass wir compliant sind; walk the talk. Profile
Mindestens 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im B2B SaaS Produktmanagement Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Steigerung von Akquisition, Konversion und Kundenbindung Hervorragende Zusammenarbeit und Führungsqualitäten, um die Zustimmung zu strategischen Entscheidungen zu erhalten Umsetzungsmentalität mit Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Entdeckung bis zur Markteinführung. Bereitschaft, ein tiefes Verständnis in den Bereichen Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit und Compliance zu entwickeln. Ein scharfes Auge für Positionierung, Priorisierung, Preisgestaltung und Messaging zeigt einen wettbewerbsorientierten Ansatz. Plus:Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind ein großes Plus. Sprachkenntnisse erleichtern die effektive Kommunikation mit deutschsprachigen Stakeholdern und Kunden. Start-up- oder Scale-up-Umfeld Erfahrung, insbesondere in einer wachstumsorientierten Rolle. Arbeit mit Produktdatenplattformen, z. B. Amplitude, Gainsight PX... Erfahrener Nutzer von Figma Vertrautheit mit Datenschutzbestimmungen, Best Practices der Informationssicherheit oder Compliance-Rahmenwerken ist von Vorteil.
