You would be working full time in the office, becoming a part of office support, working closely with Contracts and Orders. This is related to invoices, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, etc using the Contracts module on Sage.
Financial background is desirable, but not essential. It would suit someone who is organised, has an eye-for detail, pragmatic, fast learner, able to work in a fast-pace set up, especially with monthly set periods i.e., beginning of month for renewals. The majority of the role will be to work closely with the Contracts and Orders Coordinator however this part of the role does not cover fully the 37.5 hours.
In additional, as and when needed, general office management duties would be required such as ordering stationary, coffee/tea and other office supplies, liaise when maintenance is required (i.e. gutter cleaning), arrange for any repairs as and when needed, renewals of lease vehicles, paying insurances, communicate with landlords, arrange fire alarm checks, meet and greet visitors, arrange beverages / lunches for our workshops and meetings.
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm and the salary offered to successful applicants will form part of a benefits package including: above minimum employer pension contributions, Life Insurance, Private medical insurance and 23+ days holiday, (plus all Bank Holidays).
