Yourpurpose will be: An exceptional opportunity presents itself for anAccounts Receivable and Income Audit Leader. You will beresponsible for overseeing the accounts receivable operations andensuring the accuracy and integrity of income auditing processes.This role requires strong analytical skills attention to detail andthe ability to manage a teameffectively. 

 

Youwill be accountablefor: 

  • Supervise andmentor the accounts receivable and income audit team providingguidance and support to ensure highperformance. 

  • Conductregular catchups and provide feedback and training to teammembers 

  • Overseethe accounts receivable process ensuring timely and accurateinvoicing payment processing andcollections. 

  • Monitorthe aging report and ensure debts are collected in a timelymanner. 

  • Collaboratewith various departments to ensure timely collection of paymentsand assessing any risksattached. 

  • Workclosely with the collection agency ifnecessary 

  • Collaboratewith the finance team to ensure accurate and timely closing of themonthend. 

  • Performbalance sheetreconciliations  

  • Handleescalated guest inquiries and disputes regarding invoices andpayments in a professional and timelymanner.  

  • Developand maintain positive relationships withstakeholders. 

  • Identifyopportunities for process improvements within the financedepartment and otherdepartments. 

  • Leadinitiatives and work with the Digital Transformation Analyst toautomate manual processes and leverage technology to improvefinancialoperations. 

  • Eenforcecredit policies and procedures and conduct credit checks on new andexisting customers to assesscreditworthiness. 

  • Preparefor and coordinate internal and external audits related to accountsreceivable and revenuerecognition. 

  • Addressaudit recommendations and implement corrective actions asneeded. 

  • CreateSOPs and contingency plans for any newprocedure. 

  • Leador participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned byseniormanagement. 

  • Prepareadhoc reports and analysis as requested by seniormanagement. 

  • Overseethe travel agency commission process and ensure payments andinquiries are addressedpromptly.

  • Someonewho is proactive and takes initiative in identifying and solvingproblems 

  • Operaor Opera Cloud experience is aplus
