About the role:

As a Room Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, fostering children's development in inspiring environments. Your journey with us will be a stepping stone towards becoming a leading childcare professional. What will the role involve?
Leadership - Lead, support, and inspire your team, setting an example for your colleagues.
Planning and Assessment - Take ownership of planning, observations, and assessments in alignment with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Collaboration - Work closely with Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results and outcomes for children.
Teaching Excellence - Play a key role in supporting the education and development of your key children through high-quality teaching and learning.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a special someone who will work their magic to achieve all-round outstanding results and outcomes for our children
•Full and relevant level 3 qualification (Essential)
•An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs)
•Open, honest and compassionate
•Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children
