We are seeking experienced Assistant Room Leader in our stunning Pre-School Classroom. At BLS, we have a unique approach to the early years curriculum.

Our specially designed bright learning rooms with modern facilities, outdoor spaces and unique learning programme makes us a wonderful environment for both our staff and little ones. *About the role:*

*Full Time- 40 hours per week - *Flexible shifts between 8:00-18:00 Monday-Friday. 50 weeks per year (Not term time)

*You must have solid experience. You will assist the Room Leader in leading and nurturing a friendly team, as well as role modelling high quality childcare.*

*To be considered for this role you must have:*
* Relevant early years qualifications in accordance with the current OFSTED guidelines, a minimum of Level 3 equivalent
* Ideally you must live within a 40-minute commutable distance
* Experience of Leading a team in an early years’ environment and managing a key group of children
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and confident at leading
* Empathetic, caring, and friendly
* Excellent planning and organisation skills

*Bright Little Stars Benefits*
* Excellent rates of *pay* with annual review PLUS eligibility for the BLS *bonus* scheme.
