Your Role


EF Manchesteris looking fora customer service focused,enthusiasticadministrator with excellent communication & organizational skills to join our busystudent services team.In addition to general administration & reception duties, the student services department has specific responsibility for coordinating the airport taxi transfer service, welfare provisionfor our studentsespecially under 18s and all visa compliance related duties and responsibilities as well as for students internships.Be a crucial part of our global mission, providing top-notch support and shaping transformative educational experiences.

Responsibilities

To act as an ambassador for EF Manchester Welcome new students and assist in their registration/induction Welcome all visitors to the school Daily reception duties, as the face of the school provide a warm and friendly welcome to all students and visitors Deal with general daily student enquiries To ensure excellent welfare and safeguarding provision it the school Helps with administration of student course changes and enquiries Coordinate and follow up arrival and return transfer list and book transfers in school for departing students Support with Under 18 attendance checks and follow up Process incoming bookings and liaise with sales offices regarding enrolments Distribute incoming mail and outgoing mail Emergency phone duty by Rota Occasional weekend work may be required Assist with direct sales enquiries; show prospective students around the school Assists with health & safety in school

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English Highly developed customer service focus Appreciation of and interest in international cultures Creative problem solving & ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to adapt in a fast paced, dynamic work environment with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Outgoing, fun, with a good sense of humour and positive attitude at all time Clear background check and two references Right to work in the UK
