Hexcel is currently seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Engineer/Scientist for our Duxford, UK location.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

To develop and advance the company's products, processes and technology by contributing to research and technology projects. Plan and undertake own research and development work with support from line manager. To support innovation and invention through practical work, developing experiments and trials that prove efficacy of novel technology. Qualifications:

Science or Engineering background evidenced by University qualifications or relevant experience. Evidenced practical/experimental skills; able to set up an experiment or trial and generate relevant, high-quality data in support of conclusions. Ability to organise self, plan workload effectively and allocate resources as priorities require.
