As we continue to expand our offerings, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and ongoing support of ropes utilizing digitized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the transformation of our business from a product-centric model to a service-oriented one, driving the development and implementation of a comprehensive service strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new service opportunities, develop service offerings, and establish scalable delivery models. Collaborate with peers in other regions to ensure alignment and consistency in service delivery and strategy. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to promote our ropes solutions to key decision-makers in target industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients across Europe and beyond. Identify client needs and objectives, and position Bekeart's offerings as solutions to meet those needs. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively negotiate contracts and terms to close deals in alignment with company objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience leading cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate effectively with peers in other regions. Strong ability to access and engage with key decision-makers at the strategic level. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and potentially globally. Experience in the services business is essential; candidates with experience solely in product-based industries will not be considered. Experience in any of the following industries - O&G, mining, port operation - would be a significant advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
