RoleOverview:

We are seeking a dynamicresultsdriven Account Manager. Your role will involve managinginvoicing tracking purchase orders coordinating reactive worksduring weather incidents and troubleshooting issues on behalf ofour clients. Youll also be the primary point of contact for clientqueries and will work closely with field teams to ensure ourservices are delivered effectively.

Thesuccessful candidate will have strong organizational skills thrivein a fastpaced environment and be capable of managing multiplepriorities with precision. Youll need to be comfortable workingduring peak periods including weekends and bank holidays especiallyduring the winter months.

KeyResponsibilities:

AccountManagement: Manage around 100 client accountsensuring all services are delivered according to contractualagreements.

Invoicing &Purchase Orders:Proactively chase purchase ordersand manage the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and promptpayment.

ReactiveWorks: Coordinate emergency responses during weatherevents ensuring field teams are deployed effectively and any accessissues are quickly resolved.

ClientCommunication: Attend regular virtual meetings (viaMicrosoft Teams) to keep clients informed resolve issues andaddress any concerns.

ComplaintResolution: Handle and escalate client complaints asneeded ensuring they are addressed withurgency.

TeamCoordination: Ensure field teams are prepared forupcoming jobs and have all necessary resources in place to deliverservices.

DaytoDayResponsibilities:

Process dailyweather data to generate nightly service requests forteams.

Coordinate the deployment of field teamsfor night shifts ensuring all logistical challenges (e.g. accessissues) are managed.

Respond to urgent clientneeds particularly in response to adverse weatherconditions.

Escalate highpriority issues andcomplaints promptly to ensure smooth servicedelivery.

Ensure all purchase orders are in placeand invoicing is up to date andaccurate.

WorkingHours: Winter: 6:30 AM 6:30 PM (8hour shifts);Summer: Regular officehours

SkillsandQualifications:

TimeManagement: Ability to manage multiple tasksefficiently in a timesensitiveenvironment.

OrganizationalSkills: Highly organized with the ability to jugglemultiple client accounts and operational prioritiessimultaneously.

Attention toDetail: Ability to manage data accounts and clientrequests with precision andcare.

D365Experience: Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365(D365) or similar CRMsystems.

Account ManagementExperience: Proven experience in client managementideally in an operations or service deliveryenvironment.
