The Asda Foundation is an incorporated charity, with its own board of trustees and a vision to ‘transform communities and improve lives’ through grant donations and charitable initiatives.
As the Asda Foundation Manager, you will lead the day to activities, operations and governance of the Asda Foundation and work closely with the Asda Foundation Trustees to maximise social impact whilst ensuring legal and financial compliance. This is a varied and rewarding role with the opportunity to truly improve people’s lives across the UK.

Managing the administration and day to day activities and operations of the Asda Foundation, an incorporated charity, and its board of trustees. Leading a team of Asda colleagues to manage the development, processing and administration of Asda Foundation grants, as well as providing a point of contact for store and home office colleague with queries about the Asda Foundation Driving change across all areas of the Foundation Seeking out and developing strategic opportunities Supporting and ensuring good governance and compliance with legal requirements and compliance policies and procedures Supporting the Asda Foundation Senior Manager with the day to day co-ordination and dialogue between Asda Stores Ltd and the Asda Foundation Supporting submissions and presentations to the Asda Foundation Board of Trustees and Dub Committees to enable effective communication and good governance particularly regarding strategic objectives. Measuring and evaluating the social impact of the funding the Asda Foundation provides and sharing this with the Asda Foundation Trustees and Asda Stores Ltd Seeking out and executing opportunities to communicate about the work the Asda Foundation is doing to colleagues and customers "Let's find out about you"
