looking for a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our People
Team in a maternity cover role so if above sounds like you, we’d love to hear

The main
aim of this role will be to design, implement, and support our tailored
L&D program for different areas of the business. This role will be part
time (26 hours a week) and can be based from any of our UK locations with regular
travel to across UK and to Dublin. We have a pro rata pay range of £42,000 -
£46,000 plus a range of benefits that are listed below.

Key Responsibilities:



·     
Run, Host, and Support Trainings: From
leading induction sessions for new starters to delivering targeted development
programs and one-on-one coaching, you’ll be instrumental in creating a culture
of learning.



·     
Develop and Implement Learning Programs:
Work closely with restaurant managers to design effective training sessions,
follow up with teams, and embed new practices that align with our Hawksmoor
culture.



·     
Analyze and Report: Collect and evaluate
feedback from training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and success.



·     
Support Manager Development: Offer
coaching and mentoring to restaurant managers, helping them drive engagement
and support team development.



·     
Drive Product Training: Ensure high
levels of product knowledge across all restaurants to deliver outstanding
customer experiences.



·     
Promote Knowledge Sharing: Actively
engage on our internal platform, sharing success stories and championing
development efforts that strengthen our Hawksmoor community.
