Duty Manager at Starbucks, Manchester Victoria Station approach
Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour, regardless of age + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £13.72 per hour.
Shift Pattern: Full Time , 6:00am - 8:00pm, working flexibly over weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays
Due to some responsibilities within the Duty Manager role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and will be required to handle and serve alcohol. Take charge of creating a clean, welcoming atmosphere that surpasses customer expectations, consistently aiming to improve service. Guide and support your colleagues, maintaining a safe working and dining environment whilst being the go-to person for day-to-day queries Coordinate team efforts.
