Job Description

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join us on a 16 hour minimum contract. The ideal applicant will need to be available from 8am until 2pm 4 days a week, with matching availability every other weekend.

Experience in care is not essential for this role but is desirable. Full training, shadowing and support visits will be given. You will also have the opportunity to complete further training and progress professionally. You must be a driver with access to a car for this role, due to having to travel to Client’s homes within a 15-minute window.

We are offering:

Pay rate of £13 -14.80 per hour Double pay on Bank Holidays Paid travel time plus paid mileage. A range of guaranteed hours contracts available e.g.: 12, 16, 30 hours p/week. Or zero-hours to suit your availability. Your pay, whenever you need it - take a portion of your pay early, no need to wait until payday. Paid holiday. Paid training and shadowing. DBS fee paid (after a qualifying period) Regular working pattern with the same Clients. 24/7 on call support and a friendly and supportive office team. Regular team meetings, training updates and support visits. Qualifications

Having a full, UK driver's license and your own car is essential, due to having to travel to Client’s homes within a 15-minute window.

Experience in care is desirable, but not essential for this role. But you will need to be a naturally caring, observant and intuitive individual.
