- Have an understanding of CQC requirements and K.L.O.E’s.
- You will be assisting the Registered Manager in providing support on the floor with your colleagues and playing a vital role in ensuring high-quality person-centred care is being provided.
- You will be responsible for take part in the on-call rota.
- Reviewing care plans monthly with the Senior Care Team along with compliance with staff supervisions.
- Complete the medication rounds while on shift.
- Be a team player who values working with all my colleagues.
- To establish and maintain good relationships with relatives and friends of the residents, purchasers, referring agencies, GPs, community nurses, social workers, works people, the local community and any other parties.
- In the absence of the Home Manager to report within 24 hours of its occurrence, any incidents which affect the well-being of residents to the Registration Authority and/or contractual partners.

In return we can offer:

- We are looking to offer a 36 hour contract, with potential for overtime when required.
- We are offering an hourly rate of £11.80 - £12.50.
- 28 days annual leave.
