FAAC Entrance Solutions is a market leader in automatic doors, offering bespoke solutions to diverse clients, including contractors, architects, and specifiers. Based in our Sunbury-on-Thames office, you’ll work closely with our Business Developers, service teams, and clients to configure tailored solutions that make a difference.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you’ll handle incoming pricing enquiries, create accurate proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-engineered solutions. You’ll manage client relationships, contribute to internal sales targets, and ensure every quote meets our high standards for accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating customer needs and crafting bespoke configurations.
  • Managing enquiry folders and CRM systems to track and process quotes.
  • Liaising with Business Developers, service engineers, and customers.
  • Ensuring projects are handed over smoothly to design and operations teams.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritise tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).
  • A team-focused, customer-centric attitude with a drive to meet targets.

Experience in construction or technical estimating is a bonus, but transferable skills from other industries are welcome.
