Who We’re Looking For:

If so, Fitness First wants you We’re on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to elevate our visual presence and create stunning print and digital assets.

About Us:

At Fitness First, we’re all about inspiring health and fitness transformations. Our brand is fuelled by energy, dedication, and a love for what we do. As part of our team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and the Marketing Team to bring our annual and seasonal campaigns to life.

The Role:

Design Dynamo:

Print Masterpieces: Create and deliver high-impact printed materials, including posters, outreach marketing pieces, adverts, and internal/external documents. Digital Wonders: Produce eye-catching assets for digital channels like emails, websites, events, videos, and social media platforms.

Brand Guardian:

Consistency Champion: Prepare and maintain project templates to ensure our brand identity is clear and consistent across all projects.

Resource Manager:

Library Legend: Manage and maintain our graphic resource library, ensuring it’s up-to-date and organized.

Collaborative Creator:

Team Player: Work with the marketing team to design, develop, and update campaign creatives that captivate and inspire.

Skills and Experience:

Proven Experience: Previous experience in a graphic design role. Tech Ability: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, After Effects) and Microsoft PowerPoint. Bonus Skills: Video editing skills using Premiere Pro or After Effects are highly desirable. Independent and Collaborative: Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Communicative: Excellent communication skills. Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
