**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Collaborate** with UX/UI designers and content creators to conceptualise and create visually captivating designs.

**Participate** in the development of user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing website layouts.

**Learn** and implement best practices in user experience design to optimise user interaction and engagement.

**Contribute** to the creation of graphic content including illustrations, logos, and other visual elements.

**Engage** in ongoing learning and development activities to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in graphic and web design.

**Receive and Implement Feedback** from peers and superiors to refine designs and improve skill set progressively.

**Assist** in performing usability tests and analysing user feedback to enhance the user experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Some previous interest, experience, or knowledge in graphic design is necessary.
- Web design experience is a plus.
- Ability to interact, communicate, and present ideas.
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Eagerness to learn and expand design skills and knowledge.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage a workload in an organised fashion.
