The Sr Client Service Specialist works closely with advisors, line of business specialists, and dedicated client servicing professionals to analyze client data, evaluate needs, and help create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' financial goals.

The Sr Client Service Specialist works closely with advisors to log client data accurately, bind policies, service clients, and help create effective risk management solutions designed to meet clients' goals. This position will have a path to a full fledged client servicing role on the renewal side after 9 months to a year.

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the client onboarding to Founder Shield and binding process, including gathering the information, documents, and payment necessary for binding new business policies

Providing exceptional customer service; this includes answering client inquiries and questions in a timely mannerManages all policy activity aspects of assigned accounts including endorsements and invoicing.Updating and improving upon internal information management systems, including SalesforcePresents endorsements to the insurance marketplace for quoting.Maintains a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with clients, the organization, and Insurance Company Partners to minimize potential for errors and omissions claims.Responsible for developing deep understanding of assigned accounts and placement strategyCultivates strong relationships with Insurance Company Partners and is responsible for knowing carrier requirements and attributesKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Exhibits excellent client servicing and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational and time management skillsCan comfortably work in a fast paced environmentInterest in insurance and operationsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, analytical, ambitious with an entrepreneurial spiritAdept at learning new technologies
