Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00

Salary: £31,000 per annum

What You'll Do:

  • Empower & mentor your team
  • Keep things running smoothly

  • Collaborate with warehouse management
  • Manage inventory & data
  • Build relationships with clients & hauliers

Qualifications

  • Leadership skills: Supervise, empower & mentor your team.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word, or similar software.
  • Customer service superstar: Understand the importance of providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Team player: Able to work effectively with others and support your colleagues.
  • Communication ace: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear expression of ideas.
  • Analytical thinker: Can analyze data, identify trends, and use your findings to inform decision-making.
  • Flexible and adaptable: Can handle changing priorities and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Organized and efficient: Able to prioritize your workload, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Problem-solver: Proactive in identifying and resolving issues, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
