Job Title: Goods In Team Leader

Culina Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goods In Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our stock administration team, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the team's performance, ensuring efficient processes, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Direct line management and development of the Stock & Admin team, including all aspects of training, performance, and attendance.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with HR and the depot People Plan to lead initiatives to improve processes and personal performance, fostering a culture of innovation and growth.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and deliver daily operational reports and conduct monthly one-to-one meetings with team members to ensure open communication and alignment with goals.
  • Inventory Management: Develop, document, and implement standardised stock administration processes, providing comprehensive training to team members for optimal understanding and execution.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong working relationships with warehouse management to identify and resolve operational challenges, driving continuous improvement in all stock administration functions.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or equivalent software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
  • Analytical Skills: Aptitude for analysing data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions to inform decision-making.
