Job Description

Culina Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Goods In Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the stock administration team and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Direct line management and development of the Stock & Admin team, including all aspects of training, performance, and attendance.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure efficient processes, clear communication, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inbound bookings, safeguarding site storage capacity, and ensure seamless handover of responsibilities during holiday periods.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compile and provide accurate data for KPI reporting, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain professional and productive relationships with clients and hauliers, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Completion of any ad-hoc tasks as required by the site management team.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or equivalent software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation of ideas.
  • Analytical Skills: Aptitude for analysing data, identifying trends, and drawing conclusions to inform decision-making.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
