What You’ll Be Doing

  • Collaborating with teachers and staff to create inclusive learning environments tailored to the needs of all students
  • Providing personalized support to students with SEND, helping them reach their full potential
  • Assisting in implementing the educational curriculum with a focus on key learning objectives and innovative teaching methods
  • Supporting students across different age groups, fostering a nurturing and positive learning atmosphere
  • Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance your skills and strategies for supporting diverse learners

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Possess HLTA certification or have substantial experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Passionate about inclusive education and skilled in supporting students with SEND
  • Adaptable and versatile, able to support students across various Primary School age groups
  • Eager to engage in professional development and apply innovative teaching methods
