The successful candidates will have good knowledge of Community Services and be confident lone working covering the Northern locality. You will be required to deliver a high standard of care and in return you will join a friendly and dynamic team responding to urgent situations and enabling people to stay in their own homes.

Working Pattern:  hours per week. Our team works across North Devon between the hours of : - :. We provide an evening service, : - : or : - : and a night service, hours : - : which includes weekend and bank holidays. You will require a driving licence, pool cars provided.
