TITLE : Patient Coordinator

LOCATION : Moorgate Primary Care Centre, Bury

SALARY : £ Per Hour

STAFF CATEGORY: Operational

HOURS: Full time/Part time

RESPONSIBLE TO: Service Manager

JOB PURPOSE

To fulfil efficient call handling, dispatching, administrationand reception duties, working as a member of the BARDOC Operations Team.

Core duties andresponsibilities

Answer telephone calls from the general public and HealthcareProfessionals in a courteous, helpful and professional manner

Accurate recording of patient data in line with GDPRprotocols

Despatch home visits to BARDOC Visiting Services

Manage the bookings of Treatment Centre appointments.

Ensure effective comfort calling to patients when required

Liaise and collaborate with other external multi-disciplinaryteams, such as Hospitals, Pharmacies, Nursing Services, Ambulance and Police

Any other duties reasonably falling within the nature of thispost
