What we want from you
As a SAP HCM/Payroll Consultant, you will possess the following professional attributes:
Demonstrable experience in supporting clients in SAP HCM/Payroll Proficiency in configuring and customising SAP HCM/Payroll modules including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management and Payroll Familiarity with UK Payroll – both technical and legislative Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you’re great at making concepts simple and easy to understand Experience in contributing to pre-sales activities SAP Certification in HCM/Payroll is desirableYour day-to-day
Responsibilities will include:
Provide expert support and guidance to clients in the maintenance, configuration and optimisation of SAP HCM/Payroll modules Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to HCM/Payroll processes, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations Supporting HR incidents, service requests or change requests for our existing customers, as well as involvement in specific projects. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs Assisting in pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, presentations and client discussions Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and development within the teamBenefits of working with us: Excellent basic salary.
