Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver personalized tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning.
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to address varied learning styles.
  • Collaborate with parents and educational stakeholders to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of curriculum changes and educational best practices.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment by sharing resources and strategies.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject area.
  • Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of educational frameworks and assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and helping students succeed.
  • Right to be self-employed in the UK.
