This pivotal role will play a crucial part in shaping the governance framework and recovery processes for distressed exposures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust governance framework to manage distressed and non-performing exposures.
- Lead debt recovery efforts for defaulted cases and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the management of high-risk cases, working closely with clients to facilitate a return to performing status.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards for recovery and credit management.
